Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in the original packaging.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items missing original parts or packaging
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Clearance or sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to our return address provided by customer support.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
